When the King and Queen of Lesotho, His Majesty King Letsie III and Her Majesty Queen Masenate visited food producers Country Crest at Lusk, Co. Dublin as part of their State visit to Ireland, Hall PR was proud to have been appointed to manage the public relations aspects.
Working with brothers Michael and Gabriel Hoey and their colleagues, we delighted in our role, knowing that the visit underlined the very special relationship that exists between Country Crest and the people of Lesotho.
With its 170-strong workforce, Country Crest is a foremost producer of potatoes and onions and a leading producer of prepared meals, soups and sauces, sold under the Country Crest brand and under the labels of some of Ireland’s leading retailers.
The decision by the King and Queen to visit Country Crest also reflected their own deep personal interest in agriculture and food production.
