Ashley Hall
As director, Ashley has a forefront role in account management and client relations.
A BSc Marketing Management graduate of Dublin Institute of Technology and a Dip PR, Dip EM graduate of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland - achieving a first-in-Ireland post-graduate diploma in Event Management - Ashley brings decades of experience to the role he now holds. In day-to-day terms, his approach is driven by a simple credo - that his is a consultancy from which ‘the best should always be expected’.
Don Hall
Company founder and a career-long practitioner, Don is an influential force and a standard bearer for excellence in public relations practice in Ireland, helping to shape the good reputation that the profession enjoys today.
Immensely experienced, his firm views in relation to the business of public relations, and his emphasis on high standards in all areas, are seen by colleagues as the bedrock on which our company’s reputation is built.
An all-round guiding light, his innate knowledge, judgement and experience continue to be a central part of our client service offering.
Maximilien McKenna
A graduate of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland with a Diploma in Public Relations, Maximilien is a key associate with experience in business and legal affairs.
A fluent French speaker, his knowledge of law is an immensely beneficial adjunct when crafting public relations strategies and responses.

Susie Hall
Director Susie Hall brings a breadth of knowledge across a number of important disciplines to the service we offer clients.
A former languages teacher, Susie gives us the capacity to engage with clients in French, German and other European languages. A qualified mediator and member of the Council of the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland, her expertise in dispute resolution adds an important dimension to our service.
Former President of the Association of Secondary Teachers of Ireland, founder director of the Teaching Council, and Secretary of the Retired Secondary Teachers Association, her knowledge of corporate affairs brings added strength to our work in that area.
Knowledgeable in industrial relations and employment law, Susie’s understanding of issues and of the requirements involved in writing policy and developing public relations and corporate affairs strategies adds strength.
Her considerable experience of having worked with ministers and officials in the development and implementation of policy and programmes are matters that are available to us at all times.
An experienced media commentator on education and other matters, Susie’s current engagements include membership of the Church of Ireland General Board of Education and appointments representing the Archbishop of Dublin & Glendalough and Bishop of Cork, Cloyne & Ross on school boards in Malahide and Ballydehob.
Mark Hearne
An integral member of our team is Dubliner, Mark Hearne.
Consultant in social media, web development, online and visual communications generally, Mark holds an Honours degree in the subject from the University of Wolverhampton.
His field of study, and area of specialisation, covers the broad spectrum of social media and visual communications disciplines.
Typically, these include website development, video production and script writing, UX (user experience) design projects, digital content creation and editing, motion graphics, animation and more.
Extending our appeal well beyond the conventional, Mark brings his specialist skills and knowledge to the process of communications in a way that helps clients capture the imagination of a tech-savvy generation.
Major projects on which his work has been seen have included Augmented Reality app design, motion graphics content for Ireland’s Eurovision Song Contest entry, National Radio Awards and numerous high profile events in culture, arts and entertainment.
