Congratulations to the four Irish restaurants who took their place on the winner’s podium at this year’s gala ceremony in Manchester to award new Michelin Stars in the 2024 Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland, just released.
Three establishments representing Ireland in the new one Star winners enclosure were Homestead Cottage in Doolin, The Bishop’s Buttery in Cashel and D’Olier Street in Dublin, whilst Terre in Castlemartyr was bestowed with two Stars, a year after gaining its first.
